The Way Forward


The Way Forward is a self-help group, led by trained volunteers for people who experience depression. We have been running for over three years and helped 25 people improve their mental wellbeing.

Our aim is to share our own lived experiences, offering peer support and reassurance that we are not alone. While enabling a more positive outlook about the impact depression has on our lives.
