Walk The Mile (9th - 30th March)

Join us every Friday lunchtime for a free health walk. Walking at lunchtime has been proven to boost your energy for the afternoon. Research at the University of Georgia shows a quick post-lunch walk cuts afternoon fatigue by as much as 65 percent! It`s also a great way to get fitter and maintain any health related New Year`s Resolutions. Lot`s of schools are doing a daily mile, maybe it`s time we started doing one too.

Meeting point is in the centre of Wellington Square at 1.15.
